By accessing and using ExportLedger (exportledger.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ExportLedger is a SaaS platform that helps exporters manage shipping bills, reconcile eBay transactions, and generate financial reports. The service includes automated parsing of shipping bill PDFs, integration with eBay and Gmail APIs, and financial reconciliation tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use ExportLedger only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through ExportLedger, including shipping bills, transaction records, and financial reports. We do not claim ownership of your data.
ExportLedger integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail) and eBay. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
ExportLedger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
